How is it installed

Quick, easy, effective. Why choose anything less?

Where it's installed

The TwinTec softener has been designed to fit into a place that's right for you.

It's most often installed under the kitchen sink, however, it can be installed wherever best suits you and your home. Our expert installers will help you choose the best location.

The water softener needs to be plumbed into your water system at a point where it can interrupt your home's water supply as it enters your property. The water flow will then pass through the softener and your entire home will feel the benefits of softened water.

Soft water bypass tap

Millions of people drink softened water, the decision to do so is normally down to taste. Softened water does comply with Drinking Water Regulations if it doesn’t exceed 200 mg/l, which it won’t unless you’re in an extremely hard area (hardness levels above 400 ppm).

If the taste isn’t for you, on request and depending on your plumbing system, your local dealer can advise on the install of a hard water tap for drinking purposes. This can sit next to your existing tap or we can keep the cold water in your mixer tap hard, providing you with fresh drinking water on tap.

Our Customers

"We have been using the TwinTec S3 with total satisfaction for over 5 years now. It is simplicity itself. The machine is small and unobtrustive, absolutely maintenance free and silent in use. I have owned a number of softeners, but never one as efficient as the S3"
